Responsibilities:
- Review and analyze EVV and Vesta Billing records and documentation to ensure accurate coding and billing
- Assign appropriate diagnosis and procedure codes using Vesta billing coding systems
- Prepare and submit claims to Managed Care Organizations for reimbursement
- Follow up on unpaid or denied claims, and appeal as necessary
- Coordinate with Client Care Coordinators, clients, and insurance companies to resolve billing issues
- Maintain confidentiality of patient information and adhere to HIPAA regulations

Skills:
_Proficiency in home health billing systems, VESTA expereince required
- Knowledge of home health terminology, procedures, and diagnoses
- Experience with home health billing processes and systems
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in coding and billing practices
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with medical providers, patients, and insurance companies
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with VA and LTC insurance a plus
